People 18 and older have a constitutional right to vote, regardless of their “life experience” or “feelings” toward “marginalized poor people that the GOP is scapegoating for everything because they don’t want to pay taxes even though they’ve benefited from the system at every stage of their life.”
That last part probably wasn’t in his full quote, but it should have been.
